2.1. The legal basis for processing is Contract.
2.2. Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about our business, including our services, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information.

2.7. We process personal data relating to those who purchase a ticket for, plan too or attend Breathe, A Festival of Life. We do this to assist in the running of the festival and/or to enable individuals to be paid.
2.8. If you under the age of 18 and wish to purchase a ticket for “Breathe – A Festival of Life” please contact us at admin@festivaloflife.co.uk before you purchase your ticket.
2.9. If you are purchase ticket(s) for an individual under the age of 18 please notify us admin@festivaloflife.co.uk.
2.10. The personal data we process may include, but is not be limited to, the following:
2.10.1. Data relating to your identity (including name, data of birth, gender, photographs, dependents).
2.10.2. Contact details (business and home address, telephone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact details).

2.10.4. Background information (CV, previous experience, qualifications and certifications.
2.11. We collect and process personal data for the following reasons:-
2.11.1. Ensure Clients personal needs are met to deliver contract requirements. (A Contract is defined by purchasing a ticket for Breathe – A Festival of Life)
2.11.2. Enabling development of a comprehensive picture of the clients and event status.
2.11.3. Ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures and our legal obligations.
2.12. Data Collected via Cookies and Third Part Identifiers
2.12.1. We collect data about our site usage as described below.
2.12.2. Our website is powered by Squarespace. Squarespace places cookies on the browsers of visitor’s to our site for the following reasons.
2.12.2.1. To help our site run effectively and to provide visitors to our site with the best experience.
2.12.2.2. To allow us to monitor traffic to our site so we may inform visitors to our site about future event, products and services we offer. If you do not wish for us to contact you regarding future events please do not click “Continue” on the pop up banner when viewing our website.
2.13. Complaints
2.13.1. When we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given to us. We use that information to resolve your complaint.
2.13.2. If we are unable to help, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
2.14. Data Collected When a Customer Makes a Website Purchase
2.14.1. In this instance, the only reason for collecting and retaining data is to ensure we can deliver and, where necessary, track your order. We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor will we share your data with any third party.

2.15.1. We do not collect or store your payment details in any form. Our payment gateways direct you to third party, highly secure environments such as PayPal and Go Cardless (which we use to process transactions).

3.1.1. We store your data electronically and online using web based software such as Dropbox, Google Sheets and Google Forms.
3.1.2. We don’t store any hard/paper copies of your data.
4.1. Data may be processed outside the European Union.
4.2. Our web company is Square Space based in Somerset, United Kingdom. Our website is hosted in America.
4.3. We will not share information about you with third parties without your consent unless the law allows or requires us to do so.
4.4. We do not sell, share or give our customers' personal information to marketing companies.
4.5. Data may be processed and viewed, to the extent necessary, by our staff, suppliers and subcontractors, for the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

5.2.1. You may request removal from our mailing list / records at any time. To do so, please email us at admin@festivaloflife.co.uk.
5.2.2. On request, we will delete all information we hold about you. Be aware that we will not be able to recover data that we have been asked to delete.
