Stop Overthinking and Breathing: More than Air
Patrick Mckweon from Oxygen Advantage will be joining us for 2 workshops to discover how everyday breathing and understanding the science of breathing can help our overall health.
Workshop 1: Stop Overthinking – Breathe Better, Think Clearer
This workshop explores how your everyday breathing affects mental clarity, focus, sleep, and emotional balance. It’s not just about noticing the breath — it’s about how you breathe during rest, exercise, and sleep. You’ll learn how light, functional breathing improves oxygen delivery to the brain, calms the nervous system, and reduces overthinking.
Some breathing exercises can act as stressors to build resilience, while others are designed to down-regulate and shift the body into rest and recovery. Both have their place — and learning when to use which is key.
What the ancient yogis knew, modern science is now confirming: the quieter the breath, the quieter the mind.
Workshop 2: Breathing – More Than Just Air In and Out
Breathing is often overlooked, yet it’s one of the most powerful tools we have to influence our health, energy, and focus. It’s not just about air entering the nose or mouth — it’s about how we move air to the smallest air sacs in the lungs, how oxygen transfers into the blood, and how that oxygen reaches our tissues. These are processes we can actually influence — and most of us are only using a fraction of this potential.
This workshop brings science to the breath. You’ll explore breathing from a multidimensional perspective, combining physiology, function, and experience.
Learn how to get more from your breath.
Understand it. Experience it. And carry it into your everyday life.

Brain & Breath: Neurobiology of Conscious Breathwork Practices
Join Lana Power on an educational workshop about science and neurobiology of the breath.
As breathwork increases in popularity and more styles of breathwork are reaching public knowledge, it becomes vitally important that facilitators and practitioner of breathwork are educated on the physiology and neurobiology of breath as a tool for conscious modulation of our nervous system.
Understanding the physiological mechanisms behind the breath as the bridge between the mind body connection not only enhances safety of the practice, but also enhances the efficacy of how we read the bodies response to the breath and how to facilitate a deeper transformative experience. As a trained CCB and OA facilitator, and as a trained neuroscientist with research experience in trauma physiology and altered states of consciousness, I aim to teach facilitators the building blocks of the brain breath connection to deepen your practice as a facilitator.
I’m Lana Power, I am a neuroscientist, educator, researcher, facilitator, and breathworker, based in Austin, Texas.
My mission is the sacred marriage work of the scientist and the mystic; the building of the bridge between modern neuroscience research and ancient practices for the integration of the physiological impulse towards survival and the conscious impulse towards aliveness.
My passion is research and public education on the human nervous system to facilitate the embodiment and integration of physiology and consciousness. My current research focuses on the physiology of trauma, resiliency, breath, altered states of consciousness and the human stress response.
I am a lifelong student of systems, historian of the body, and ethnographer of emotion. I have studied History (BA), Neuroscience (MSc), specializing in developmental and evolutionary neurobiology.
I trained as a breathwork facilitator with Alchemy of Breath, and Systemic Constellation facilitator with the Centre for Systemic Constellations in London. I am also in my first years of training with Somatic Experiencing International.

Breathe and Sing with Alignment Breathing
Join Rebecca Morton on this unique and powerful session using the breath and your voice. As a professional singer and actor, Rebecca creates an inclusive space for beginners and the experienced.
Breathe and Sing is a singing meditation, where we start with breath and sound and move into chanting, ending with a deep meditation.
And I will also offer a workshop teaching simple songs which increase in complexity and harmony according to experience and number of participants.
A singer and actor from a very young age, and with a BA in Theatre, Language and Literature, and a Masters degree in Dramaturgy, I have studied and practised alternative and Western health and spiritual disciplines, formally and informally for most of my life. This path to healing - or to the full self-realisation that we are already healed, is a most fascinating and rewarding - and necessary - path.
I trained in Rebirthing in the 1990s, but I was not ready to practise then. I continued my own eventful life journey, including performing, raising children, teaching and property renovation and management.
In 2016 I found my way back to powerful Healer, Shaman and Medicine Woman Diane Jeffries, and to Breathwork, the highly evolved version of rebirthing. I trained intensively with Diane for more than three years and I continue to expand and update my qualifications regularly.
I am honoured to offer this powerful transformational healing tool to the world.

Bridging the gap between wellness and art, Nicola Griffiths brings this workshop to explore cultural identities and what can be remembered as part of our collective healing journey.
This workshop is a pilot for a public-facing, immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between wellness and art—bringing wellness into art spaces and art into wellness spaces whilst immersing participants in the cultural experiences of Black people through imagery, music, and shared food, creating a sensory-rich environment for healing and connection.
Nicola Griffiths is a Black British woman of Jamaican descent, who has been shaped by a continuous commitment to community-driven initiatives with nutrition, gathering, and health at the centre. Nicola is committed to leveraging her skills and experiences to create accessible spaces where holistic well-being and community thrive.
Awakening Aliveness and Resourced &Regulated- Somatic Approaches to the Nervous System
Join Teodora Pile in two workshops that explore somatic approaches to safety and nervous system regulation.
1. Awakening Aliveness through Breath, Body & Touch
Is about engaging with breath and body through touch for deeper connection to ourselves and a sense of belonging.
In a world that often pulls us away from our bodies, this workshop offers a space to return—to land fully in ourselves with a sense of presence, connection, and belonging. Awakening Aliveness through Breath, Body & Touch is a guided experiential journey designed to awaken the innate intelligence of your nervous system through the power of breath, embodied awareness, and the healing potential of touch.
Through gentle, intentional practices, we will explore:
How breath acts as a bridge between states of survival and deep aliveness
The role of touch in restoring a felt sense of safety, connection, and regulation
Subtle yet profound ways to engage with the body’s innate capacity for healing
The interplay between sensation, self-directed touch, and inner relational attunement
This workshop invites you into a compassionate relationship with your body—one that honours its pace, its wisdom, and its need for gentle, reparative experiences. You will be guided through practices that deepen self-awareness, soften patterns of tension, and restore a sense of being deeply held—both within yourself and in the world.
This is for those longing to experience a more resourced, vibrant, and easeful way of being in their bodies. Whether you are seeking greater self-trust, emotional clarity, or simply a deeper sense of home within yourself, this space is designed to meet you where you are and invite you into what is possible.
Join me in this transformative exploration—where breath, body, and touch become pathways back to your aliveness.
2. Resourced & Regulated is an exploration of safety and connection through somatic tools for rest and calm
In a world that often prioritises DOING over BEING, many of us find ourselves running on empty—longing for rest, ease, and a sense of true safety in our bodies.
Resourced & Regulated is an experiential workshop designed to gently guide you back to your body’s innate capacity for calm, connection, and resilience.
Through a blend of body-based practices, we will explore:
What safety truly feels like—not just as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience
How to cultivate connection with yourself and others in a way that feels nourishing and sustainable
Somatic tools for nervous system regulation, bringing more ease, rest, and flow into your daily life
The body's natural rhythms of activation and settling—and how to work with them instead of against them
This workshop is rooted in an approach that honors both the biological and relational aspects of safety and connection. Through attuned somatic practices, you will learn to recognise the cues of your nervous system, develop a deeper sense of inner trust, and build the capacity to meet life with more steadiness and ease.
Whether you are navigating stress, overwhelm, or simply longing for more presence and peace, this space invites you into a soft landing—where your body can rest, restore, and remember what it means to be truly resourced and regulated.
Empowering women to transform the impact of trauma into strength and resilience, Teodora Pile is a somatic trauma coach and mind-body specialist dedicated to guiding individuals towards a path of healing and self-discovery. Through an unique approach of integrating trauma resolution tools, nervous system regulation, and embodied consciousness, she supports clients unlocking from the negative patterns of anxiety, pain, and fatigue, and fostering a sense of authenticity and connection to self.
I have seen and learned from their own experience that the experiences of the past do not remain in the past (until we see them and integrate them in a healthy way) and that it is possible to remain connected to our body when the emotions become too overwhelming.
I believe this is possible for you too: to create a safer relationship with yourself, and you can learn to process and integrate emotions. Because, the more you express what you really want, the more you become aligned to your values and your authentic Self that is there, underneath the layers of stress and trauma and waiting to emerge.
And I want to be here and for you to facilitate your journey back to your authenticity.
No Bad Parts: A Transformational Breath® Journey
Join Anna Newman and Stephanie Bell, both trained in Transformational Breath to rewire the brain through Brain Working Recursive Therapy BWRT and affirming that intention of the new self with Transformational Breath®
Encourage connection and growth by releasing judgement of self and others with Brain Working Recursive Therapy BWRT… affirming that intention and empowering the new self with Transformational Breath®
Our neural pathways and our breath patterns all reflect the story of our life. Anna and Stephanie combine the powerful healing techniques of BWRT and Transformational Breath® to rewrite both. Releasing us from limiting beliefs and patterns.
We begin with the brain ‘re-wiring’;
In our brain stem, in the limbic brain, there lies the neural memory of every stimulus to which we have been exposed. This part of the brain has the most neural activity at any given time, it produces reflexive and emotional responses to situations … and yet it has no consciousness, no awareness.
In BWRT we access this part of the brain and replace emotional stimulus from a memory, or from a version of our past self, with another, more neutral or empowering feeling.
We will transition from the BWRT into Transformational Breath with embodied movement in a breath dance, carrying with us the intention and felt-sense of our new selves. The breath dance will open up the respiratory system ready for Transformational Breath®.
In this powerful conscious connected breath session we will facilitate you using the principles of breath analysis; in understanding unique breathing styles, it becomes possible to change breath patterns, allowing us to shed old, stuck energies and to open ourselves up to a life full of possibilities.
We combine this with the use of pressure points and affirmations to open up the unused, closed parts of your lungs, allowing more life-force, a deeper connection to purpose, to higher wisdom and the empowerment to step towards and expand into your full potential.
About Anna
Anna is a passionate Transformational Breath® facilitator and group leader, who has had life changing experiences through the power of breath, from being freed from generational trauma that created a crushing suit of armour she didn’t even realise she was carrying, to allowing her younger, mute, child self to fully integrate, freeing Anna from an unknown fear when talking to people. Because of these life changing experiences, Anna has felt compelled to share this work with as many people as possible, helping empower others on their journey through life.
Anna’s practice is deeply spiritual and is guided by the knowledge that each inhale holds the power of limitless possibilities, and each exhale is an opportunity to let go and surrender. By breathing with attention and intention, we can all connect to our authentic, higher selves and live the life of our dreams.
In addition to working with Transformational Breath®, Anna is also a BAST sound therapist and professional musician, bringing over 30 years of experience as a percussionist to create beautiful and transformative sound journeys. She often combines the power of Transformational Breath® with her sound baths to bring integration, inner clarity and growth.
About Stephanie
I combine breath techniques, counselling skills and yoga philosophies and teachings for the holistic well-being of myself and others.
My path began, and continues to be, heavily infused with Yoga, Pranayama (yoga breathing techniques), and Meditation. All are incredible. Getting to know and care for our bodies and minds is a worthy investment for our present and our future. I enjoy practising and teaching many forms of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation for all bodies and minds. I love how all of these practices help to guide us back to this present moment, away from our obsessions with the past and future, back to THIS VERY MOMENT which is where all of our life-force energy resides.
I then embarked on a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis, a Transpersonal form of Psychotherapy and received my qualification in 2014. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP). I have since incorporated many other philosophies, techniques and skills into the way I work to ensure that I am as effective as possible to accompany and guide you through your difficulties, and to help to solve the puzzle of your own personality and lifting the perceived, subconscious and unconscious blocks to living in presence and harmony, aligned with our authentic selves, with others and with nature.
More recently, in 2018 I discovered Transformational Breath®, which is a profoundly deep and therapeutic facilitated conscious-connected breath technique. Having experienced incredible realisations, releases and positive health benefits, I embarked on this rigorous training and received my certification as a Transformational Breath® facilitator in 2024. Transformational Breath® as an accreditation is recognised by the UK Breathwork Association.

Tantric Embodied Connection, Boundaries and Pleasure
Explore what slowing down sensuality means, connecting NLP with a tantric philosophy of pleasure, boundaries, connection and pleasure with Anja Woszczyna.
1. The Art of Slow Ecstasy: Cultivating Energy, Deepening Connection & Expanding Pleasure
A Journey from Release to Ripening, from Spending to Harnessing, from Quick Highs to Endless Valleys
In a world that glorifies quick fixes, instant gratification, and peak experiences that fade within minutes, we invite you into a radically different approach—one that honors slowness, depth, and the vast landscapes of prolonged pleasure and connection.
Just as the sun ripens fruit in its own time, just as flavors deepen when left to slowly weave and merge, our energy—when held, cultivated, and savored—becomes an infinite wellspring of connection, power, and ecstasy. This is the journey from quick-release to limitless expansion, from depletion to rejuvenation, from rushing to ripening.
Through Tantric embodiment practices, energy weaving, and connection rituals, we will explore:
How to shift from "releasing energy" to harnessing and circulating it—moving away from quick discharges into deep, sustainable pleasure and vitality.
The art of dropping defenses and receiving fully—how to cultivate deep safety in the body so that we can open, trust, and surrender into pleasure without fear.
Slow sensuality as a path to empowerment—learning to expand into the endless valleys of pleasure instead of chasing short-lived peaks.
Energetic cultivation & movement practices—guiding the life force upward and all over rather than dissipating it outward.
The power of presence, connection & attunement—how to truly meet ourselves and others in a space of profound receptivity and trust.
This is not just a workshop—it is an invitation into a new paradigm of embodiment, connection, and power. A slow ripening of our inner radiance, a deepening into the sacred intelligence of our bodies, and an elevation of pleasure into something truly transformative.
Come ready to drop in, be held, and awaken the art of slow ecstasy.
2. The Yin-Yang Game: The Art of Empowered Asking & Embodied Receiving
Empowerment begins with knowing what we truly want—and daring to ask for it.
Many of us struggle to express our desires, set boundaries, or fully receive what we long for. We hesitate, we second-guess, or we shape ourselves to fit what we think is acceptable. Yet, true empowerment comes from tuning into our deepest truth, owning our needs, and trusting ourselves enough to ask—clearly, boldly, and unapologetically.
This workshop is an experiential journey into the Yin-Yang Game—a Tantric energy and consent practice that explores:
The power of asking & receiving—learning to name and voice what we truly want without shame or hesitation.
Boundaries as empowerment—understanding the difference between giving, receiving, taking, and allowing and how to navigate them with clarity and integrity.
The dance of Yin & Yang—how to step into deep receptivity (Yin) and powerful direction (Yang) in a way that feels safe, fluid, and nourishing.
Consent as connection—learning to listen deeply to both our own desires and the needs of others, creating interactions rooted in trust and mutual respect.
Taking risks in self-expression—letting go of the fear of rejection, speaking our truth, and stepping into authentic embodiment.
We cannot grow, connect, or create the life we desire if we don’t first claim what we wish to receive.
In this practice, you will experience the liberating power of asking, the vulnerability of receiving, and the strength in setting clear boundaries—all while playing with energy, presence, and attunement in a safe, supportive space.
Come ready to explore, take up space, and step into your full, empowered expression.
3. The Pleasure Sanctuary: A Sensory Wind-Down for Body, Breath & Bliss
A Gentle, Playful, and Deliciously Soft Landing at the End of Your Festival
After a week of deep breath, expansion, and transformation, the body craves a moment to land, soften, and integrate. In a world of constant doing, feeling, and processing, true pleasure comes when we allow ourselves to simply be.
Welcome to The Pleasure Sanctuary—a delightful, slow, and sensually rich space designed to soothe, regulate, and replenish your nervous system after a day of breathwork, connection, and intensity.
In this playful yet deeply nourishing session, we will explore:
The Art of Softening—melting tension, letting go of overstimulation, and allowing the body to sink into pleasure.
Sensory Delights—gentle movement, self-touch, and embodied pleasure practices to soothe and awaken the senses.
Breath, Sound & Surrender—using pleasure as a tool to regulate, reset, and restore your energy.
A Playful Exploration of Self & Connection—a space of delicious generosity, where nothing needs to be done, only received.
This is not another activation—this is an invitation to luxuriate in slowness, tenderness, and deep rest.
Come as you are, drop the festival, dissolve into softness, and bathe in the sweetness of embodied pleasure. 💫✨
I’m on a mission to help others break negative cycles and release trauma, so they can finally live life to the fullest. I consider myself an alchemist, using every tool I’ve mastered—from tantra to yoga, NLP, and coaching—to transform pain, insecurity, and disconnection into joy, confidence, and empowerment.
Throughout my life, I carried trauma in my body and soul, experienced addiction, and was afraid of connection. I felt so much pain and fear that I hid behind invisible walls, leading to depression, disconnection, and sexual anorexia. I couldn't find joy, experience pleasure, or feel empowered and confident. I went through life numb, lost, and walking around in a constant fog.
I tried trauma therapy, recovery programs, and even became a yoga teacher, but nothing seemed to fully help me find clarity and feel alive. Then, in 2015, on a sunny day in London, I attended a Tantra festival. Suddenly, the fog began to lift. I could see my own walls clearly and feel the pain leaving my mind, body, and soul. I had found the alchemist of my own life transformation.
It was a long, hard journey: I cried, fell, got up again, and kept facing my demons. Eventually, I broke free from negative patterns and found contentment, balance, and pleasure. Following my own experience, I made it my life goal to help others on their transformative journey.
Using my expertise, I aim to shortcut this process for you, showing how tantra, combined with coaching, NLP, and other transformational tools, can help you heal and find a renewed sense of freedom in every aspect of your life. Let’s embrace a life where every day feels like a new opportunity for fulfillment.
Why Humans Breathe Badly Talk and Presentation
Uncover why we breathe poorly with Christopher Gladwell and explore how the tools to correct it—transforming breathwork from a risk into a powerful force for healing and optimisation.
Humans have developed dysfunctional breathing patterns due to both evolutionary adaptations and the cultures we have built. Without understanding the root causes, breathwork can unintentionally amplify these issues, potentially leading to metabolic harm. However, by uncovering why we breathe poorly, we gain the tools to correct it—transforming breathwork from a risk into a powerful force for healing and optimisation.
Christopher Gladwell is a seasoned breathwork, yoga and meditation practitioner with over 45 years of wisdom and experience. He combines breathwork, yoga, meditation, embodied movement, mind mastery, and neuroscience to help individuals achieve optimal well-being.
With a background in athletics and a passion for breath techniques, Christopher's journey into breath training began at a young age. His interests expanded to deep yoga, martial arts, meditation, and biology, where he studied various practices such as Vedic pranayama and Conscious Connected breathing.
Christopher's expertise extends to psychotherapeutic modalities, body-based therapies, and a deep understanding of different meditative practices from Vedic to Taoist and Tibetan traditions. His teachings are rooted in scientific knowledge, and he emphasises the importance of the scientific method.

Chasing The Dragon - SOMA Breathwork Session
Explore the topic of spiritual bypassing with Matt Brown and the SOMA breath technique.
Chasing the Dragon is a combination of talk and SOMA Breath experience. In the talk I aim to explore the idea of spiritual bypassing, and how we can so easily fall into this trap of craving experiences - chasing the dragon so to speak - rather than truly doing the work. Because while breathwork is a powerful transformation tool, it is just that - a tool - which in and by itself is nothing. In our addiction to "wellness" practices we risk missing the point entirely; the gold that we can find in awareness, acceptance and the presence to being with what is.
As a SOMA Breath Advanced instructor I’ve been guiding breathwork workshops for several years, but it was over 20 years ago that I first discovered breathwork. I’ve met several breathworkers with backgrounds in freediving, but my introduction was at the opposite extreme – in freefall. As a young skydiver I was terrified on every ride up to altitude, and it was in the breath where I found my sense of calm and grounding (excuse the pun).
It wasn’t until 15 years later however that I discovered the power of the breath and the many benefits conscious breathwork can deliver. I immersed myself in the modality of SOMA breath as it combined so many things that I love – magical breathwork experiences coupled with incredible music and the bliss and healing of breath holds.
I love sharing this practice and witnessing people experience these powerful journey’s into the breath. The Breathe Festival was actually instrumental in my journey to become a facilitator – this will be my 4th year, and it was my first Breathe Festival that inspired and motivated me to finally complete my breathwork training!

"Breathing Your Creativity Into the World: Healing Blocks to Share Your Authentic Medicine"
In today’s digital landscape, the pressure to show up perfectly online can stifle our creativity. For breathwork and holistic practitioners, it’s essential to cultivate a presence that reflects the lifeforce energy we channel. But many of us struggle to share our true medicine, feeling blocked by fear, insecurity, and attachment wounds. This talk will explore how attachment styles impact the way we create and connect online, limiting our ability to express our authentic voice.
Breath is the embodiment of lifeforce energy, yet it’s easy to get trapped in patterns that restrict this natural flow. When we understand how our early experiences shape our creative expression, we can begin to release the unconscious blocks that hinder us from showing up fully in our work and online presence.
Join me for a deep dive into how we can heal attachment wounds, clear creative blocks, and begin to create from a place of truth. This talk will guide you through the intersection of breath, creativity, and trauma, offering practices and insights to help you reconnect with your authentic expression and confidently share it with the world.
Gabriela Blandy is an award-winning writer, qualified NLP and life coach, breathwork facilitator, chakra yin yoga teacher, shamanic practitioner, and Tree Goddess. Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that creativity is the natural flow of lifeforce energy, and when we heal our attachment wounds and clear energetic blockages, we reconnect with our authentic selves.
Drawing from her multifaceted background, Gabriela offers a unique approach to healing and self-expression. Through her work as a breathwork facilitator, she guides individuals to harness the power of their breath to release limiting beliefs, reconnect with their innate creativity, and step into their true potential. As a chakra yin yoga teacher, she blends movement, breath, and energy work to help others clear and activate the energy centres of the body, providing a powerful foundation for healing and growth.
In her Safe Creativity workshops, Gabriela teaches holistic practitioners and creatives to overcome the internal blocks and insecurities that often arise when sharing their work online. She draws on her experience as a qualified NLP life coach to help individuals understand how attachment styles and past wounds shape their creative expression, offering transformative tools to help them create from a place of truth rather than trauma.
A passionate advocate for nature, Gabriela also incorporates her spiritual practices as a shamanic practitioner and Tree Goddess, encouraging a deep connection to the earth and its healing wisdom. Her offerings empower individuals to express their creativity authentically, elevate their online presence, and build meaningful connections with their audience, all while embodying the truth of who they are.
Gabriela’s work is dedicated to helping others elevate together, fostering growth, connection, and empowerment on every level of being.

Her commitment to continuous learning expanded to include certifications in Aerial Slings Yoga and Wheel Yoga.

Driven by a desire to bring yoga awareness to the masses, Rashmi combines her love for travel with the mission of making yoga accessible worldwide. Yoga, for her, is not just a physical exercise but a daily practice that enhances focus, strength, balance, flexibility and most important for her being mental well-being.
Grief Tending Breathwork Ceremony - Conscious Connected Breath
Move through grief with Michelle Cadby. Grief is a part of the human experience. Using the breathe to form the ‘sudden village’ to hold a deeply marginalised and forgotten experience - grief.
Part of being human is experiencing grief; whether it’s the loss of a loved one, job, relationship, place, identity, parts of ourselves, harm we’ve caused, sorrows of the world, ancestral grief, anticipatory grief, ecological grief…the list goes on.
As we know, ‘the body keeps the score’ and breathwork is a greatly supportive way of presencing any grief in the body, letting it be met and move through us. For grief wants to be expressed so we may thrive, and feel joy, gratitude, even bliss.
And in these wild and turbulent times, there’s never been a more important time to come together in our grief, to form the ‘sudden village’ that we can here at the Breathe Festival, so our grief can be transformed together in community for we were never meant to grieve alone; grief has been marginalised, our modern day culture has lost the ways of community living, community grieving, and that in itself is another source of grief - the loss of the village.
So let’s gather as a village here at the Breathe Festival, a held space awaits you where you can bravely bring your grief and be welcomed - whether your grief lives on the surface or is buried deep, whether it’s expressed with sound or silence, as anger, sadness, or numbness, your grief is welcome - this grief tending breathwork ceremony offers you the opportunity to breath through your grief so you may thrive and expand to more love, acceptance and joy in your life.
'Grief work is soul work. It is an act of soul activism.'
Francis Weller
As an experienced space holder, breathwork facilitator, ceremonialist, grief tender
and artist, Michelle holds a variety of offerings and ceremonies, often with ritual,
song and poetry woven throughout in reverence to this one wild and precious life,
and as an invitation to gather together in community; whether that be to breathe,
to grieve, to dance, to share in circle, or to mark the change of seasons and the
turn of the wheel.
Michelle holds 121 and group breathwork ceremonies, Grief and gratitude
ceremonies, Womben Nature Dances in Dartmoor, is the host and ceremonialist of
the Totnes Wheel of the Year Collective, holding seasonal ceremonies in South
Devon throughout the year.

Breath as A Portal to the Many Dimensions of Ourselves - A Rebirthing Breathwork journey
Using the breath, ancient Indian mantras and deep inner inquiry, join Kerry Veitch from AIR School of Breath to explore limiting beliefs and the personal lies of our unconscious beliefs.
Join us for a transformative Rebirthing Breathwork session, a powerful practice designed to release deep emotional blockages, restore inner balance, and awaken your true essence. Rooted in conscious connected breathing, this method helps dissolve stored trauma and stagnant energy, guiding you into a state of profound clarity and renewal.
As we journey through the breath, we will also harness the sacred power of Indian mantras—ancient vibrational sound codes that align the mind, body, and spirit. These mantras will amplify your experience, deepening your connection to the breath, quieting mental chatter, and activating a sense of peace and empowerment.
Whether you are seeking emotional release, spiritual awakening, or deep relaxation, this session offers a sacred space for profound transformation. Come breathe, release, and step into the power of your true self.
In addition, we will explore the origins of our core beliefs—especially the Personal Lie, the unconscious story formed in childhood that shapes our self-perception and patterns. Through a guided exercise and reflection, you will have the opportunity to uncover and transform these deep-seated beliefs, reclaiming the truth of who you are beyond old conditioning.
Kerry has been connected with Rebirthing Breathwork, since 1993, with a focus now on embodiment practices such as Internal Family Systems and Eugene Gendlin's Focusing, as well as her shamanic studies with Northern Drum. Kerry has a trauma informed approach, and the owner and trainer of AIR School of Breathwork. Kerry has also been teaching for Alchemy of Breath for five years, graduating hundreds of students into the breathwork community. She loves sharing the healing power of the breath with others, by holding warm water rebirthing retreats, weekly groups and 1:1 sessions.
Kerry is a practitioner member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, GPBA and the UK Breathwork Alliance. Kerry’s very grounded nature holds a very safe space for breathers, holding them in their highest potential and being committed to the unfolding of each person’s own journey which of course is guided perfectly by our breath.
Soulspire Flow: Breathe, Move, Awaken - Conscious Connected Breath and Conscious Dance
Let your soul shine through conscious breath and conscious dance and movement with Petra Peyer.
Soulspire Flow is a transformative journey of breath and movement, guiding you into deep soul embodiment.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork and conscious dance movement practice, you will awaken your body’s wisdom and release what no longer serves you. Breath becomes the gateway to expanded awareness, while movement allows your soul to express itself freely. This powerful fusion dissolves emotional blocks, ignites inner transformation, and restores harmony within. Step into your essence, surrender to the flow, and let your soul breathe.
Petra, originally from Prague, Czech Republic, has lived in Zurich, Switzerland, since 2005. She is a devoted mother of two teenage children and a sweet dog, Oliver.
Her journey into breathwork began as a profound path of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment during her separation and divorce. Through breath, Petra not only reconnected with herself but also found her strength, voice, and inner softness.
Petra’s introduction to breathwork started in 2018 in Prague, where she experienced her first one-on-one Rebirthing Breathwork session. Though she didn’t fully understand why at the time, she kept returning to the practice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she found solace and transformation in online breathwork sessions, particularly through Rebirthing and Shamanic Breathwork.
In 2023, in the midst of her personal transformation, Petra committed to deepening her practice and enrolled in the Alchemy of Breath 400-hour Breathwork Facilitation Training, where she studied under the guidance of Kerry Veitch.
Today, as a certified breathwork facilitator, Petra is passionate about guiding women, men, and children through life’s challenges, personal transformation, and journeys of self-discovery. Her sessions are known for their gentle yet profound impact, offering a safe space for deep healing and empowerment.
Exploring Intergenerational Trauma with Breath and Inquiry
Join Hannah Goodman and Sujeewa Jaya to explore vastness of intergenerational trauma healing and the power of Breathwork and Embodiment in this important work.
1.Exploring intergenerational trauma and healing, including our histories, cultures, environments and systems—both past and present through breath and embodied practises and enquiry.
2.Exploring how the nervous system is connected to our lineage and intergenerational existence, how stress, trauma, wisdom and resilience are all transmitted across generations and environments through time and space.
3.Identifying how intergenerational patterns are active within our own systems. What is impacting us and what is our sphere of impact?
4.Expanding our perspective to include not only what shapes our wounds, behaviours and beliefs but also what supports growth, renewal and the process of re-relating and re-rooting for holistic re-generation. Bringing this into our field of resonance allowing for greater choice and agency.
5. Empowering breathworkers, facilitators and changemakers to deepen their space-holding by widening the landscape of trauma and exploring the interconnected nature of multidimensional existence.

Using the Amanae method, a blend of bodywork, breathwork, energywork and coaching, Join Cat Moyle on a ritual of self-discovery and collective empowerment for these times.
In the depths of our being lies a paradox: a great longing and deep fear intertwined - the desire to be truly seen.
It has us retreating to our inner world when the outer is too much, and stops us from acting on our deepest wisdom.
Imagine what might be possible if we turn toward this fear as a source of power and connection?
Learn to Wield your Laserbeam
A profound 120-minute sacred somatic journey, guiding you to meet the treasures you already know are within and crucially, practice holding yourself whilst you let them and yourself be seen.
The workshop is really a ritual of self-discovery and collective empowerment for these times.

Presence + Touch: Connecting with your boundaries; awakening access to the inner realm, connecting with the density necessary to hold your power.
Presence + Touch + Breath: Activating the system with conscious breath and allowing emotions/sensations with compassion.
Breath + Sound + Movement: Unhooking the grip and letting yourself be expressed, witnessed and supported - and teaching you how to hold that for yourself.
Regrounding + Sharing: Integrating the experience with nurturing breaths. Honouring your journey and the collective experience.
A Call to Courageous Action: As we close this experience, you'll be invited to make a commitment - one powerful action born from the connection to yourself and one another.

Roots & Bones- A Conscious Connected Breath Journey
Explore our own roots, our ancestry with Amanda Davis and Bonnie Bowron - understanding our histories on a deeper liver.
Our bodies hold stories—our own, our ancestors’, the land’s. The nervous system carries the echoes of what came before us, shaping how we move through the world. This workshop is an invitation to connect—with yourself, with the earth, with the elements moving through and around you.
The air we breathe gives us life, just as the winds of change have shaped those who came before us. The warmth of the sun fuels our passions, just as fire moves through our creativity. The grounding of the earth beneath us reminds us that we belong, offering stability when we feel unsteady. When we tune into these natural forces, we begin to understand how deeply we are held by the world around us.
But we also carry what has been unspoken—stories inherited through generations, patterns shaped by culture, society, and survival. When these stories remain unheard, they can manifest in the body as tension, pain, or disconnection. By recognizing and honoring them, we create space for release, for integration, for a new way of being. This is a practice of remembering—not just intellectually, but physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This is not just about individual healing; it’s about reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be seen. When we connect to our nervous system, we connect to the deeper rhythms of the world itself. And in doing so, we create space for change—not just within, but all around us.
Come breathe, feel, and connect. This is an offering, a remembering, a homecoming.
Bonnie
In 2020, during lockdown and experiencing complete burnout from the corporate world, I made the decision to train in breathwork, knowing deep down that helping others is my absolute passion. Now, as a double certified facilitator with Integrative Breath and Seven Directions Breathwork specialising in Conscious Connected Breathwork and a Body Worker, I focus on supporting people with chronic pain and guiding them in regulating their nervous systems from burnout and stress.
Breathwork has been a powerful anchor for me during life’s most uncertain and challenging moments, helping me navigate deep change and feelings of hopelessness. My mission is to share my experience, knowledge, and heart—to create nurturing, grounded spaces where people can reconnect with the power of their breath, reclaim their bodies, and restore balance to their nervous systems. More than anything, I believe in the power of community and in coming together to heal, grow, and breathe our way back to a healthier, more grounded way of being.
Amanda
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years of experience in the NHS and an Holistic Health Practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to guide individuals on a journey back to their roots of belonging and practice. Drawing from my experience in mental health nursing, I understand the importance of addressing the deep-seated emotional and psychological aspects of wellness present in every part of people's lives. Especially for those which formed part of our drive to work in healthcare or health-related practices.
Through my holistic approach, I encourage those I work with to reconnect with their ancestral wisdom and innate healing abilities. By honouring their cultural heritage and embracing traditional personal and professional practices, individuals can tap into a rich source of strength to be a unique practitioner, working ethically and with morality to improve community health.
Whether it's incorporating indigenous rituals, breathwork, or ancestral rites, I empower individuals to explore and reclaim their authentic selves.
By honouring their roots and practicing rituals that resonate with their heritage, individuals can experience profound healing and transformation, for themself as well as honouring those who they work with.
My role is not just to provide therapeutic interventions but also to facilitate a deeper connection to one's sense of belonging and purpose. By embracing ancient wisdom and practices, individuals can cultivate a sense of wholeness and belonging that transcends modern-day challenges.
Through this journey, individuals not only heal themselves but also contribute to the collective healing of their communities and future generations. As a bridge between conventional healthcare and holistic healing, I guide individuals towards a holistic approach that honours their roots and fosters true wellness of the whole person.
Exploring and expanding the breath pattern
Explore the Conscious Connected Breath with Nicola Price of Inspirational Breathing, exploring the breath through the elements of sound, touch, movement, affirmations and visualisation.
Together we will explore the breath, where it is and where it isn't and the musculature involved through the use of tools, opening up the repertoire of movement and expanding the breath.
We will connect to self through sound, touch, movement, affirmations and visualisation and become empowered, when we deep dive into receiving life force and all that it brings.
I discovered breathwork in 2010, and explored many modalities; qualifying with Transformational Breath in 2012. Inspirational Breathing was born from a love of my exploration and spreading the knowledge through teaching Practitioners; now via Zoom and hands on face to face teaching, eight students each year.
My passion for the work that I do is driven by the shifts and changes that I see people experience, for those that are new to breathwork and seasoned breathers too. Wisdom and understanding just gets deeper as the journey into the truth of what the body holds and the breath unfolds. I love simplicity, efficiency and creativity, and all of these are ever present. Sustainability for people and their connection to self, oneness, and their community, is at the heart of IB.
My background was for many years in training and coaching leadership programmes in the corporate world. Born from a love of sharing, my work started with the desire to encourage connection, across organisations from CEO’s to new trainees; teaching the value of listening and questioning and encouraging the exploration of emotional intelligence. I ran Leading Edge and Managing Excellence programmes, typically spanning different countries/cultures company wide.

Breathe and Be and Touch and Breathe - An exploration into silence and eye-gazing
Explore silence and eye-gazing with Harmony Hannigan in her workshops - resisting verbal sense-making and letting things unfold without the need to intellectualise.
"Breathe and Be" is a breathwork session designed to guide participants into a deep meditative state. Too often, breathwork concludes with verbal integration or the rush to the next activity. In this workshop, we honor silence, allowing the experience to settle and unfold more profoundly.
Through Conscious Connected Breath, participants will be invited to drop into stillness and fully embody the power of presence. Inspired by Bagalamukhi, the archetype of silence and inner stillness, this session offers a rare opportunity to linger in meditation and integrate the deep emotions and insights that a festival of this nature can awaken.
"Touch & Breathe" is an explorative practice that combines breath, touch, and movement to foster deeper connection. Through partner work, light touch, and simple partner yoga postures, participants will synchronize their breath, cultivating presence and attunement. The interaction can be light and playful, creating a safe space to explore trust and communication with curiosity and openness.
The session culminates in eye gazing and shared breathwork, allowing for a profound moment of connection before reflecting on the experience together. Inspired by the archetype of Sodasi, this workshop revives the youthful exhilaration of our teenage self—playful, open-hearted, and alive with possibility. It is ideal for facilitators, couples, friends, or anyone curious about using breath to enhance intimacy and relational awareness.
Harmony Hannigan was born and raised in a family where meditation and spiritual education were essential.
Her journey into the world of yoga began at a Vedanta school in London, where she studied Sanskrit and explored sacred texts such as the Upanishads.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she traveled to India in 1999, extending her stay to immerse herself in the study of yoga, massage, Tantra and Ayurveda in Rishikesh.
Following her initial 500 hour training in Tantra Yoga in India in 2000, Harmony continued her journey as a Hatha and Kundalini Tantra Yoga teacher in Thailand in 2006. Over the years, she has integrated teachings from various teachers, from Swami Satyananda Saraswati and Swami Digambarananda to Sri Mooji and Guruji Maharaj, exploring paths such as Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism, and Shivoham Traditional Tantra.
Since 2020, Harmony extended her expertise to address PTSD post-traumatic symptoms. She holds a Breathwork Diploma and is a trainer with Alchemy of Breath.
Additionally, she has completed specialized training in trauma-sensitive yoga. Drawing from her background as a psychologist and massage therapist, these certifications have equipped her with valuable tools to support individuals in therapeutic settings.
Emotions Expressed on Canvas- a Fluid Acrylic Art Workshop
Join this creative workshop with our beloved Kay Harrington using fluid acrylic paint to create your own piece and contribute to a larger collective creation.
The opportunity to express emotions through fluid acrylic art. This medium is perfect for all, and is a beautiful way to process and express our emotions through paint.
Each workshop will provide all materials and tuition by me and each participant will create their own unique piece of art.
I would love for us all to create a small additional piece and then create a huge collaboration piece of art to represent this wonderful festival.
I'm Kay. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Therapist and an OA Functional Breathing Instructor. In 2020 I attended a fluid acrylic art workshop and let's just say I became hooked! I continued the technique at home in a small little loft room, and bit by bit they got better and better. When I became brave enough, I showed them to a few friends and the response was amazing. They encouraged me to start selling my work and that was when PilchArt was born! Soon the commissions started coming in and before I knew it I had to make the dining room into a studio and spend many of my days painting. I was asked to display 3 huge pieces at The Nici Hotel, a 5 star hotel in my home town of Bournemouth, and I now have pieces dotted all over the surrounding area in various cafes, showrooms and co working spaces. Art is now my absolute passion. It has become my therapy for me, and I have found it, and continue to find it incredibly healing. In 2023 I had so many people asking me to do workshops that I started running those too. They are just a joy! From 8 to 80 years old, everyone loves it!
The process is hugely cathartic. I am passionate about rolling these out onto a larger scale in the community. I have run them recently at Cherry Tree Nursery for individuals that have been affected by life impacting mental health issues. The feedback has been humbling from them all and fills my heart. My hope is to continue rolling these out to those that need it most in our society. I would love to run them in the prison system with women. So that's me really!
Touching the Liminal - A Conscious Breathwork exploring the in-between
Explore the liminal space with Nakita Singh and Angie Oakes in this conscious connected breathwork session, allowing ourselves to let go of any destination and be in the in-between, not fullness nor emptiness.
The liminal space is the in-between, not fullness nor emptiness. Liminal spaces exist as transitional, transformative, and metaphorical thresholds. We invite you to be here, in non-aspirational living.
In a time of increased pressure to show up, be (Instagram) ready, grow/expand or exist as something more or less, this workshop is a prayer to the space between. Between growth and decay, yin and yang… where there are no intentions, and balance just is.
Who remains when we stop trying? Who are we in liminal spaces without gender, colour, role, or identity? No duality, or division.
This is the one we can trust.
We will be using short breath holds during our conscious connected breathwork to meet and be in the liminal space between breaths. These will be guided - this is not about chasing a peak experience or sporting breath training.
Instead, gently touch the liminal space and let yourself be touched by it.
Wherever you currently are, come and discover what’s here in the heavy, deeply nourishing and nutritious oil of primordial soup where nothing is created or destroyed.
Nakita and Angie met during their breathwork training with ‘Alchemy of Breath’ - they have collaborated and enjoyed each other's meanderings ever since. They love mirroring the playfulness of each other's inner child, and embrace each opportunity to create lightness and joy.

Elevate your Qi - 5 Element Qigong
Join Emma Money-Kyrle every morning on the grass for 60 minutes of silent Qigong, a great way to start the day.
I would like to offer morning Qi Gong sessions to start the day at the festival outside in the fresh air. Offering a space for us to come together to be barefoot on the earth, held in the support, wisdom and beauty of the trees.
Qi Gong is a form of breath-work and mindful body movement, designed to balance our energy system, cultivate deep internal power and strength, releasing old or stagnant Qi making space for the fresh.
Qi can be translated as the Breath and Gong means to Work, thus Qi Gong is Breath-Work. The foundation of Qi Gong breathing is shun hu xi or “natural respiration” which translates as “free flowing, going with natures current.” In this morning practice we will slow down together, and come in to alignment with our-selves and our-cells, our bodies and our breath.
I will guide the practice as an exploration of the 5 elements and how they can be experienced in our bodies. We will begin by taking time to connect to the Qi of the Earth, the ground beneath our feet and then gently bringing awareness to the earth of the body. Then stretching, opening and warming up our joints, tendons and ligaments connecting with the Wood element of growth, play and creativity. We will then soften into a flowing like Water Qi Gong practice, letting go of tension allowing our breath and Qi to freely open and expand connecting to the fluid nature of our breath and the element of Air. We will complete with the Fire element connecting to our own heart’s fire, our own unique expression, allowing this fire to expand we will connect out with another, with the group and with the whole of life.
I have been practicing Qigong for over 18 years, it has been a huge part of my journey of self discovery, gently guiding me in the power of the breath, movement and presence. My practice has lead me to explore energy healing for both myself and for others through bodywork and now breath-work. Qigong is my foundation practice a place i always come back to a gift i would like to share with others. My teaching is greatly inspired by the earth energies that surround us, our connection to heaven and earth and the elements of life.
Building Resilience in Children and Communities: Talk
An introduction to the Pathways to Resilience (PTR) vision: ‘Equipping ALL children and their communities with tools that build resilience to improve emotional well-being.’ with Helen Bradley, Helen Spencer and Samanta Echo.
We'll be demonstrating, with the group participating as if they were the children, some of the breathwork tools used within the PTR programme and showing some of the other activities and strategies PTR uses, such as tapping and positive psychology.
You will also hear about our Facilitator Training programme and our vision for reaching as many children and their communities as possible.
Helen Bradley and Helen Spencer, both former Primary school teachers, met in 2020 whilst training to become Inspiration Breathing Practitioners. Since qualifying in 2021, they have both taken a deep dive into all things breath; avidly reading and researching as well as completing training with BreathWork Africa, becoming practitioners in Reiki and Therapeutic Face Massage, and Helen B. a Mental Health First Aider and Helen S. completing a Certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
They both work with clients 1:1 and in groups and love sharing this powerful work, guiding people through Functional breathing and Conscious Connected Breathwork techniques. As former teachers, it struck us that it would be hugely beneficial if children were taught this effective and accessible tool to help them regulate and, in turn, become more resilient.
In 2022, Helen B. met Samanta Echo, a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Conscious Parenting Guide. With their shared passion for building resilience in children they created the not-for-profit organisation ‘Pathways to Resilience’ (PTR). They now deliver programmes rooted in Breathwork to children aged 8 - 16, as well as workshops to parents/carers and training days to school staff. PTR secured 3 years of government funding allowing us to reach more children in our area of Hampshire. In 2024, Helen S. joined the team to help drive PTR forward in reaching as many children and their communities as possible. We are proud to say that in March ‘25 our first cohort of Facilitator Trainers will be graduating allowing this vital work to spread far and wide. We are extremely grateful that four of those trainees joined us after we ran the workshop at The Breathe Festival last year!

My journey started over 27 years ago back in the 90s when I trained to be a Clinical Aromatherapist and massage therapist.
Since then I continued training in many different health related modalities including Sport massage, Reflexology, Yoga and Thai massage.
After travelling for three years I emigrated to Australia and this where my first introduction to using the breath in my massage practise came from.
It was whilst training in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Bodywork that I discovered by using the breath I could massage for many more hours and it was a way to let out any stuck energy within the client.
I soon realised that I wanted to learn more so travelled to Hawaii and did a mastership in Lomi Lomi bodywork which including using the breath within our massages and body work.
I experienced my first conscious breathing session whilst in Hawaii and it completely changed my life in one session. I went from grieving fro the last 10 years to feeling a sense of life and joy again, this encouraged me to learn more about the breath.
I then went on to train in various modalities of breathwork

Jen is the founder of Nalu Breathwork and Nalu Massage Training.
She started her journey back in the Uk over 27 years ago where she studied to be a Clinical Aromatherapist and Reflexologist.
Jen first experienced the power and transformation of Breathwork on the island of Maui – Hawaii whilst doing a mastership in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi healing work. Unexpectedly and gratefully Jen experienced a massive shift and transformation which took her from a stage in her life of grieving for the last 10 years to feeling free, content, and joyful again.
This gave Jen the knowledge that she wanted to share this powerful transforming work with others and help others change their life.
Jen has dedicated most of her life to transforming the lives of people for the better with massage and healing work and she now aims to help others do the same for their communities.
Helping people find their soul purpose so they can help their local community to experience optimum health and well-being with the power of the breath.
She believes that by serving others she is helping the world be better place one breath at a time.

I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck in ever repeating patterns of shame and guilt, darkness and depression rearing up continuously, scared to be in your own head, and completely disconnected from the world. I spent years trapped in that cycle, using drugs and alcohol to cope, feeling like I didn’t belong anywhere. But the thing that finally allowed me to become free, was right under my nose—it was my own breath.
Breathwork(CCB) changed everything. It helped me process the past, and gave me a way to reconnect with myself. Once I saw what this tool could do, I knew I had to share it. I trained in breathwork and became a facilitator, the mission was simple, give this away as cheaply and make it accessible to all, so others can experience what I had. I chose to work with addicts and prisoners—because I’ve been in both of those places myself.
Since then, I’ve worked with over 2,000 addicts and alcoholics in rehab, led sessions for thousands more in my own classes, and brought breathwork into prisons and continue to work with the forgotten and give this gift away to any who need it.
Angel
Angel Theodora is a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. Her training spanned 2 years with Susie Smith, founder of Intuitive Breathwork. She continues to work alongside Susie as part of the Intuitive Breathwork training team, mentoring and supporting new students of the breath. She also holds a Masters degree in Philosophy and continues to be a student of breath, philosophy, and Shamanic teachings.
Since discovering the transformational power of the breath herself, it is Angel's passion to help others find their way back into balance and reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit by guiding them into journeying with the medicine of their own breath.
Compassion and curiosity are the essential pillars of her approach to this reconnection and remembering.
Ragan
Hey, I'm Ragan. My journey into breathwork has been a natural evolution of my own personal discovery, driven by a deep need to embrace the physical and emotional trauma intertwined with addiction and mental health struggles. With over 20 years of experience as a practising Holistic Therapist, I've worked with a variety of modalities, including somatic massage, reflexology, reiki, and sound therapy. While I thought on a personal level I had been "doing" the work, something was still missing - I wasn't quite reaching the suppressed, repressed parts of myself. Then I discovered breathwork, and it quite literally saved my life.
This transformative experience inspired me to train as a breathwork facilitator, so I could bring this powerful healing modality to not only my clients, but also those in the addiction, and LGBTQIA+ communities- creating an inclusive space for people who so often feel marginalised and unseen. After researching many different schools, I attended one of Susie's (intuitive breathwork) sessions, and I knew immediately that she was the teacher I'd been searching for. I was part of her first cohort, and that's where my journey as a breathwork facilitator truly began.
Now, I'm passionate about combining all of my practices to help others experience the same life-changing transformations I've gone through, creating safe, trauma informed, inclusive spaces for people to empower themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
