“Breathe A Festival of Life” will be held over 5 days, starting:

Wednesday 7th August camping arrival from 1pm and concluding Sunday 11th August 2024 at 3pm.

Our Vision:

Our vision is to create a Breathwork Festival that brings people together to explore and experience the power of the breath. Breathe: A Festival of Life aims to welcome practitioners of all breathwork styles, to share their wisdom with fellow breathers, who may or may not have previous experience of breathwork.

We envision that this wonderful community will continue to grow and expand, and for breathwork to be more widely recognised and used as a powerful modality that is available to each and every one of us, to assist us in our healing journeys; the individual, collective and planetary. 

Breathe: A Festival of Life is a celebration of the power of the breath and of breathing together. It is a celebration of life, in all its colours and shades.  

It is our hope that the Breathe 2024 intentions of fun, lightness, ease and grace, will be infused into our weekend and into our lives beyond. This years prayer is TOGETHER WE CAN.

It is a programme for you on your own unique journey, wherever you are at, for wherever you want to be heading. Alongside that we breathe for each other and the whole and we send our prayers and wishes out to the world.

The comprehensive 5 day programme allows plenty of space for you to dip and dive in to the workshops, talks and other activities; including movement, meditation, dance, walks - you are free to go at your own pace.

Held in a safe and nurturing environment, in the beautiful and uplifting grounds of EarthSpirit Centre, you will share this adventure with an array of wonderful practitioners who will provide guidance and support along the way.
